To explain exactly how Cody and I got to work together would require an entire post of its own. Suffice to say we did, and I’m VERY glad for it. Not only is Cody a natural in front of the camera (he would disagree), but even better, he’s a lot of fun to talk to. We shot for about two hours without a single dull moment or lull in the conversation. I, for one, had a blast.
As a side note: I know many seniors in the middle Tennessee area are told “You have to use OUR photography company or you won’t be in the yearbook!” While that’s generally true, that doesn’t mean you have to actually BUY any of their prints (which is where they make their money). I do full senior shoots with multiple looks and locations (see below) along with a full rights release to print for less than the majority of the middle of the road print packages from the “endorsed” photography companies. Moreover, I’ll offer a guarantee: Shoot with the official company, then shoot with me. If you aren’t completely satisfied with the work we do, you don’t have to pay. Simple.
