Wait, I’m getting ahead of myself…
about 6 months ago I was asked by Jamie Yost asked if I had anything I’d like to show in the gallery she worked with. Unfortunately, putting together a show from scratch is no small (or cheap) feat! God clearly was involved, though, as I was offered patronage from a fantastic and totally unexpected source. On top of that, MTSU was kind enough to allow me the use of their darkrooms. After that, HA Framing gave me a great price on the mat board and glass (If you need framing, GO SEE THEM!). Long story short, all the pieces fell into place at just the right time allowing for an opening this past Tuesday, January 26th.
It was a BLAST! Thanks to everyone that came out. I don’t know about you guys, but I couldn’t have had any more fun (unless we’d had a duck and 12′ of rubber hose… but that’s another story).
If you didn’t get to the opening or just want to go again, the show will be up through the end of April!
